Mission

I got married when I was twenty years old and in my Junior year of college; talk about a life change! I went from being a full-time college student who worked over the summers to a full-time wife with a part-time job while going to college full time. Then, almost a year after we got married, I got pregnant! It can be hectic sometimes, but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

When I first started this blog in 2015, it was a place to get my random thoughts out to the world, but now it has become a platform for me to share my journey of walking with Christ and being a young wife, college student, and (soon-to-be!) mom.

In this world we all need some encouragement, and we need to know that we are not alone in our struggles. I want to share my journey with you in hopes that it brings you encouragement and hope.

Behind the Name

I chose the name for the blog for two reasons, the first being Psalm 119:103: “How sweet Your words taste to me; they are sweeter than honey.” As we grow in our relationship with the Lord, we realize how amazing He truly is and the amount of life we receive from His Word.

The second reason is that I have had a love for reading, writing, and beautiful words for nearly as long as I have been alive. Words are powerful; what a beautiful thing it is to fill our lives with sweet words!

Let us live lives of love as we walk hand in hand with our Creator.

Thank you for stopping by!

With love,

B
